Welcome to the live booking calendar for newborn photography sessions at Blue Bean Photography. Here you can view real-time studio availability, choose your preferred session date, and securely reserve your newborn session online with ease. The ideal time for newborn photography is when your baby is between 7 and 28 days old, as they are usually sleepiest and most settled for those beautiful curled-up poses.
If you’re currently pregnant, I highly recommend booking in advance to secure your space in the diary. Simply choose a session date approximately 2 weeks after your due date, but please don’t worry if baby decides to arrive earlier or later than expected. I only schedule a limited number of newborn sessions each month, which allows flexibility to move your appointment if needed. Your booking secures your space rather than a fixed date, giving you complete peace of mind while you wait for your little one to arrive. If your baby hasn’t arrived within a week of your reserved session date, simply get in touch and we’ll happily move your session to a later date that works best for you.
Weekend appointments are extremely popular and often book several months in advance, so if you require a Saturday session, early booking is strongly recommended as availability can become very limited.
Once you’ve selected your preferred date and time, simply complete the booking form with your contact details and any notes you’d like to include. Your booking request will be sent directly to me, and you’ll receive confirmation along with everything you need to prepare for your session. For the best results, I recommend morning appointments with a 10:30am start time, as this tends to work beautifully for relaxed, sleepy newborn photography. If you would prefer an alternative time, just mention this during booking and I’ll always do my best to accommodate.
